This family had lived in their foreclosure home for about eight years, always planning to renovate once they figured out the right vision. When the time came, we opened up the kitchen and family room for better flow and transformed the primary suite upstairs, adding a closet and a much more functional bathroom. Along the way, we uncovered some hidden issues in the walls and subfloors, typical of a foreclosure, but nothing we couldn’t handle. The result was a dramatic before-and-after and a home they can now feel confident in for years to come.
