We helped this family find the ugliest, most rundown house in St. Louis Park, which was exactly what they were looking for. By reusing the foundation and some existing walls, we added a second story and built a modern Scandinavian-inspired home for their family of three. The design centered on a striking open staircase and big front windows that fill the space with light.
