Everything I ever needed to know about business I learned from being the  mom of four kids. Stamina - the ability to withstand a barrage of  challenges day after day. Persistence - the ability to navigate  obstacles while remaining fixed on an outcome and strategy - how to  execute with laser focus and produce consistent results in a timely  manner.

Beyond my motherhood experience of which I take great pride, a degree from the College of St. Benedict led me to a career in sales and marketing with two New York City based beauty brands.  In 2004, I purchased my first renovation project and have been buying, selling and renovating homes in Southwest Minneapolis and Edina ever since. Today, the thrill of finding the next investment property keeps me up at night, operating on full cylinders with little sleep is another skill I honed as a mom of four.  My local remodel work has been published nationally by Better Homes & Gardens Refresh magazine.  You can find me writing about my real estate and remodeling antics over on my blog www.sarahschafferhomes.com - an online strategy I utilize for marketing properties through social media and online engagement.
