Ryan and Lianna were ready to take the next step and start a family which meant more space than their current home provided. Their priority was always to find their dream/forever home, so they decided to take their wedding funds and make their dream happen. They wanted more entertaining space, a master suite, and dedicated office spaces for each of them. After searching for homes nearby, they found a house with amazing potential, but one that required an entire rebuild. This home was in a great neighborhood and was on a quiet street, and demo, would give them more square footage and even dog wash in the mudroom for their pup. Because it was a rebuild, it was a huge project but it was a great return on investment and it had everything on Ryan and Lianna’s wishlist, making it the dream home they were looking for.
